Why I wrote Confession of Sin

I had the outline for Confession of Sin and I had started writing the story when in early November of 2015, my mother took her life.

She lived in an enormous amount of pain. In the end, she felt the only thing left for her to was to take her life.

I didn't write for months after. It may have been longer. That time was a blur. Finally, my counselor suggested I should write in a journal. I decided to use this story instead. I put all my emotions into the killer. I used part of my mother's suicide note in the first chapter.

Writing this story saved my life. I was so depressed after the death of my mother, and I found it hard to move forward. This book gave me a way to deal with my anger and sadness.

The hole left by someone who commits suicide can never be filled. You simply learn how to manage the pain and loss left behind.
